Legacy Builders was awarded a conversion of a hotel into a 191 student housing and residential unit including corridors, lobby, gym & community room. The renovation of this property was completed in under 6 months and included new lighting, drywall, millwork, new counter tops, stainless steel appliances, bathroom modifications, wood, tile and carpet flooring. All corridors received new paint, wall covering, flooring and lighting.
