Legacy Builders constructed a gut interior renovation of 40,000 sf for Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. The project includes 11 classrooms, multiple bathrooms, medical training rooms, an extensive library area, computer labs, administrative offices and 2 lobbies. The medical training facility also houses a large professional acupuncture clinic and a pharmacy for student training New HVAC units were installed along with new lighting, plumbing, flooring and drywall.
