New York, NY

Nearly every facet of the 25,000sf project involved custom design and materials, including cave-extracted stone, Monkeypod wood and a glass-enclosed elevator. Walnut wood was used throughout the restaurant and in custom gazebo-style interior seating areas, while wood slat panels line the ceilings and walls of the six private dining rooms marked by intricately-carved solid walnut doors. An elegant combination of wood and stone flooring is carried throughout the space. New electrical was installed, along with Lutron lights and custom lanterns made in Indonesia. The project design called for multiple custom stone and steel bars with serving areas on both floors, as well as two state-of-the-art kitchens with stainless steel appliances and eco-grip flooring. The restrooms are designed with walnut walls and doors and a motion-activated granite trough sink. The wall on the 2nd floor leading to the glass-enclosed VIP balcony features naturally rusted and patina iron slit plates with counter sunk bolts laid in a kaleidoscope pattern that compliments the 60-foot glass bottle wall.
