Legacy Builders provided a Fitness Center & Roof deck for the Tenants at 71 Broadway. The gym included wall to wall mirror, Elastimat surface flooring, a full spectrum of nautilus fitness equipment, aerobic equipment and free weights, locker rooms and child care area. The roof deck featured new pavers, iron and wood fencing, & cedar planting boxes.
