Builder Makes Mark on Best Seller

NEW YORK, NY—August 2016

Legacy Builders announced the firm constructed 350 residences at Carnegie Park, a 31-story residential condominium tower developed by Related Companies.

Located at 200 East 94th Street, Carnegie Park offers residents views of the on-premises private park, the historic architecture of Carnegie Hill and the East River.

The tower has been featured in Property Shark as one of New York City’s bestselling building for 2016.
Legacy Builders worked with Robert A.M. Stern Architects to re-conceptualize the residences along with the lobby and all amenity spaces, including a three lane swimming pool.

Ranging from studio to four bedroom layouts each residence has modern interiors, including walnut-stained floors and brand-new in-swing casement windows, Viking and SubZero kitchen appliances, Caesarstone counters and Carrara marble and glass accents, bathrooms with marble floors, walnut vanities and feature walls, a washer and dryer and generous closets.

“Our leadership and on-site project team at Legacy Builders ensured the excellent craftsman ship of every detail of Carnegie Park,” said John Bennardo, President and Chief Executive Officer of Legacy Builders.

“Our understanding of the design vision, our construction expertise and our team’s hard work came together to create an outstanding product that we are happy to have been a part of.”
