Legacy Builders completed the conversion of two apartments into an upscale amenity space that includes a lounge, gym, yoga room, custom Poggenpohl kitchen and millwork throughout. New plumbing and electrical along with an outdoor space, cladded fireplace, lighting and a metal canopy further enhance the 6,500 sf space. The renovation also included a PK30 glass system and boasts new corridors throughout.
