Legacy builders had the pleasure of renovating the 16,000sq ft. film and video studio at Pratt University, implementing a custom Milgo Bufkin stainless steel panels to complement the Nydree Maple paneling throughout the space. Custom audio & video were installed in the recording studio, the three sound stages, the two color mixing suites, five classrooms, the faculty offices and the 100 seat movie theatre, to give the space custom sound attenuation. Other state of the art installations included the Lutron lighting systems and six HVAC units. Additionally, we implemented new plumbing, electrical, flooring and bathrooms.
