The full gut renovation of 7 apartments at 103 east 86th Street included all new high end finishes, wood floor throughout, custom cabinetry and millwork, new bathrooms, glass shower enclosures and all new electrical fixtures. The kitchens featured custom cabinetry, high end stainless steel fixtures and appliances along with Ceaser Stone countertops.
