Legacy Builders completed the demolition and reconstruction of this 22 story luxury hi-rise on the upper east side of Manhattan. Renovation of the common areas included residential corridors, elevator enclosures, service corridors and egress stairs. We completed the new main lobby, new gym, new laundry rooms throughout, common garden as well as the sculpture garden displays. The base building services including electrical, sprinkler and plumbing. Finishes for the building included terrazzo floors, featured back-lit custom glass walls, venetian plaster walls & ceiling, zebra wood paneling, column enclosures, pre-finished wood residential door enclosures, new lighting throughout, metal & glass entries as well as vestibules.
